I'm looking for a GSM carrier that have something like buy and forget plan for my minimalist usage (0MB data, less than 30 SMS per month, no call whatsoever since I'm using Fpop and Google Voice, but I still need a real non-VOIP GSM number just in case of no data tower nearby/weak fpop reception)
I found Truphone quite attractive since I don't have to refill to keep the SIM active. The other choice I have is H2O Wireless.
So... Any suggestions? And if not, which SIM between the two should I choose?
