My wife and I have only had one TV in our 6.5 years of marriage. We bought it back in 2012 and it's been good to us. Never broken, but the screen is starting to get damaged a bit and lose its color. It's a 41" RCA flat screen, and we would not be upgrading the size as our TV cabinet can only hold up to a 42".
So I'm not even thinking about getting the best and shiniest thing in the market. I would like to get a 4K TV, but not one that has Smart TV capabilities. To be frank, I don't need a Smart TV, and I honestly don't really trust them either.
Now, I've found one that fits my budget and the specifications that I want. It's on Walmart dot com and it's 249.99. Should I stick with my tried and true tested TV that is slowly dying, or do you all think it would be ok to upgrade? Let me know.
