Hello everyone,

Today I've been looking at the three entities VFIAX, VFINX and VOO. For those that do not know, this is the basic Vanguard S&P 500 fund. But I do not understand the difference between the 3 options. They are all priced the same, and the only differences I could see from looking at their profiles was that the ETF could be traded share per share, and the other two had 3000(VFINX) and 10000(VFIAX) buy ins. VFINX also has an expense ratio of .14% instead of .04% like the other two have.

But I don't really understand, why is this fund that appears the exact same, split into 3 different entitites, and why would I want one instead of the other two?
