I have tried researching this, but I'm not 100% confident about my findings.
My husband and I make approximately the same amount (unless he gets a bonus, but his job had really decreased the amount he receives, so it's not much).
We are expecting a baby in February. I get that only one of us puts the allowance for the baby on our W4, but how do we figure out whose it should go on? My feeling is mine since I will probably have the baby on my health insurance.
