My mom constantly uses my SSN to do stupid things that she thinks are helping me out like check my credit or check me in the equifax hack, but I don't want her looking at my credit report or waiving my arbitration rights for me. She is not opening up accounts or racking up debt. Can I report her to the FTC/IRS/IC3 for identity theft that has no actual damages? I just want to get a new SSN.
This is not a relationships post. That side of the issue is impossible. I need credible reporting threats or preferably, just a new SSN.
