About a week ago, my car got towed from my friend's apartment complex because I was not in a visitor parking spot. I went to get my car, I paid the $150 and went to class. Today I check my bank account and the $150 that had been pending all week has suddenly vanished and the money was put back into my checking account. I was just wondering why this might have happened and what I should do. I do remember when I went to pay the fine, the lady who took the payment said the credit card machine is broken but we could try to use it. My card went through and I signed a receipt.
