Here's the story: I have had a bad year that combined with some bad decisions and an illness that just put everything over the top. I absolutely cannot afford a loan. There's no room in my budget. Right now I'm looking for work, but my husband makes ok money (3500/mo). I was already walking a tightrope on our budget because or a.c. went out the day we closed on our house. So we were making it with everything being a month behind. Now the mortgage is behind enough that they want to put it in default. I'm at the end of my rope guys. Idk what to do. I've posted several places looking for help. I need a specific amount to reset everything and I'm out of resources.
