I think lentil/bean/pea-sprouts seems like a very interesting food...more specifially pea-sprouts (dried peas is the way cheapest legume, at least where I live)...Peas is a good food in itself, but if you sprout it you get even more benfits (easier uptake of the nutrition, more nutrition overall, increased weight/volume...) without any downsides (at least what I know of?)...seems like you get a basically complete nutritionuptake if you combine it with some rice/cereal/pasta... So I'm looking for some good(simple, easy, cheap) recipes that includes sprouts (soups, salads, chilis, woks/stirfry, falafel...)
