So let me first say that I know about brands like Timbuk2 and Mission Workshop. I'm hoping to expand beyond those. I would jump right on a Mission Workshop or Timbuk2 bag, but they aren't truly waterproof. The outer material itself will absorb water. I'm trying to avoid that, if possible!
Budget - $0-$250 (or less!!)
Material - Something that can take a beating, but weatherproofing takes priority!
Use - School, work, motorcycle commute, travel. Will routinely put my 15" laptop, 3" 3-ring binder, school ruled notebooks, and possibly 2 textbooks. On some days, may need to throw in gym clothes, sneakers, etc...
Need - Fully Weatherproof. Will ride with it rain or shine. If it has outside zippers they need to be weather sealed.
Don't want - A backpack. I already have 2 Osprey packs, a Swiss Army backpack, and other random bags.
Bonus - A dedicated outer pocket for my Camera (Sony RX100, not a full framed camera). Made in the USA (materials from wherever, fully USA sourced bags are expensive as hell!).
So hopefully you guys can come up with something! I've seen the recommendations of all the brands and used the search function. But nothing super recent pops up for my needs. Help! And thank you so much!
