I live in the Midwest and I'm always freezing, especially in the winter. I'd like to find a warm, wind resistant coat that goes to my hips that I can wear on a daily basis. I bought a 3 in 1 coat by Zero Xposur from Burlington Coat Factory Jan 2016, and after a winter and a half I got a huge tear in the outer lining I'm unable to fix. I like it and I'm not opposed to buying something similar again, but I'm willing and able to invest in a new coat that will last and truly keep me warm. So far I've looked in to LL Bean and Dick's Sporting Goods, and my budget is around $200. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated, and I apologize if I missed any posting rules.
