hey guys, I found some really nice thick oaken planks, and I turned them into a dinner table. I wanted an organic wood finish so I found linseed oil a good agent to use as a varnish. However, I didn't see that the appropriate type of oil is 'boiled linseed oil'. Instead I just used linseed oil that you'd normally cook with.. Any idea how long this takes to dry? I've done one (but fairly thick layer) and I've put the boards about two hours in the sun now. Quick internet searches tell me it could take weeks... Any ideas? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2fo2B8L
