Hello, I was rear ended this morning as well as last friday. This morning a woman slammed into me at 50 miles an hour when I was stopped at a light to allow pedestrian crossing. The left taillight is completely caved in and the rear left door cannot open, nor will the trunk move. The car is likely totalled. Last friday I was rear ended at a red light which removed the casing over my bumper. The insurance agency from last friday did not send out an adjuster as my car was driveable? So they have no documentation of the severity of the damages. Working with insurance company #2 to figure out a rental. I am not implied as at fault in either accident. What is the bese outcome for me in this situation? I really don't want to have to take only the blue book value of the car and drive something worse than what I had because these drivers were negligent. Any advice would be so very appreciated.
