I was hoping someone in this thread can give me a recommendation for books for a 21 yr old starting out in life. This person is a high school graduate, has some college credits but had to drop out to earn money and live independently. Parents are divorced and mom remarried so they also have to take care of younger siblings (13&18). I have been giving some advise but honestly my path and goals are so different (professional education, close to FIRE goals etc.) that I feel poorly equipped to help this person. In conversations they seem to understand the concept of debt, interest, living within means etc. but if I can give a couple of books to help them kickstart this process it would probably help (definitely wouldn't hurt). While their current income is low, ambition is high and debt is limited ($2K student loan and $10K car loan) so I feel there is a chance to help them go a completely different path from the rest of the family. This person is also receptive of information I give often commenting that no one in their large extended family has any thoughts about personal finance that make sense. How can I best help them think about savings, education goals, career planning, retirement savings etc.?

Thanks in advance!
