For the sake of the promotion rules I'll avoid giving a brand name, but essentially [company] is offering a 8 bucks/month membership where someone tries to lower your monthly bills. They guarantee that they'll get over $8 off and if they don't then they'll give a full refund.
It seems like a good idea but i'm unsure how reputable the company is and if there are any drawbacks (like getting into trouble with the billing companies).
Has anyone here used something this or have any opinion on it? I'd love to know.
