We have a female indoors cat, my neighbours have a male outdoors cat. Both are fixed, but their cat seems really interested in getting into our place and fighting with our cat/checking our place out. Twice this week the male cat has accessed our upstairs bedroom by forcing the window open and pushing/bending the screen in until it gains access to the house. I want to install clips or something that will make it impossible to force the screen open, but I'm nervous about drilling through the plastic around the window.
