My father owns a 4 bedroom house, would it be messed up on my part if I were to find 3 roommates and charge them 300 a month for rent. This is around a college. Utilities are included. I wouldn’t pay rent because it’s my fathers property. But I would collect the rent and use that for bills and other things to go towards the house or myself. I’d be the head of household. I thought this was something people do all the time.
