I plan on checking breakers/meters once I'm off work, but this is my first time living on my own so I'm not sure what's normal or not.
I live in a 800sqft apartment with a roommate. We're both not home too often. I try to keep as many lights off as possible. He does leave 2 lamps on 24/7 (I've brought it up and he does nothing so I just shut them off). He uses a hair dryer regularly. Other appliances are standard small tv, fridge, etc.
Our bill has been ~400kwh a month since we moved in and I'm wondering if that's normal for our usage and apartment size.
