My employer was previously providing us with a Vanguard 401k, at only a 1% match (I know, that's extremely low.

We're now switching to a new 401k provider, Transamerica, and getting a 4% match. I know Vanguard is by and far the best provider, so I'm a bit worried about the transfer. I finally found Transamerica's fees for our new plan, and I'm wondering how bad (or good?) this looks. How much of that 4% am I realistically losing?

Here's some images of the fees: http://ift.tt/2fXh4Wl

Also, any suggestions for which funds I should put my investments into?
