Ok, so here is the situation - I've a large 25'x25' poured concrete room beneath my garage. It was built as a wood shelter/bomb shelter. The room itself isn't in terrible shape but the manhole cover that provides access from the garage to the room has started to corrode. It's been happening since we bought the house but only recently have I been using this room. Now that it's in use old like to see if I can fix this problem with my limited skill sets.
