Just moved to Indiana. My car has Ohio Tags. My father is co-owner (appear on title as "Owner" with me). Do I need to get new license plates or can I technically keep them as Ohio plates?

I tried navigating the BMV website, but much like the BMV. It's garbage.

I am getting a new license/ID (the thing you carry in your wallet) due to the fact that I am now an Indiana resident, but because my father is co-owner of my car with me... do I need to also get new license plates?
