The CFPB has actually been pretty good about helping out consumers in the past, and maybe enough submissions will help put some additional pressure on congress and others that can improve the situation.
I submitted a complaint that I couldn't freeze my credit with the reporting agencies websites, and that it took too long on hold via the phone. The fix would ideally be a central place to freeze your credit with all agencies.
Only took a few minutes, and definitely work my time.
