I heard through the grapevine that if you had a Capital One credit card and you were impacted by Irma you could receive a $100-$150 credit by simply calling and asking for it.
I called and was told they were authorized to only give $50 credit. Not what I was hoping for, but still helpful.
I also have a 360 checking account. I called them and they were able to find a $100 bonus that existed when I opened my account and were able to retroactively apply it.
So, capital one just got a customer for life. More importantly, other financial institutions might be similarly helpful so it can't hurt to call your bank and/or creditors and see what they can do for you.
