pics: http://ift.tt/2ybijbO cars paint was rattle canned by previous owners and had heaps of dents and scratches so im trying to DIY respray it. The guide I was using said to wet sand the panels down with 180 grit til they became dull which I have done. I then used metal filler to fill a large dent on one of the doors as you can see in the pictures. I am using a gravity fed spray gun with a 2hp 50L air compressor.My questions are: What kind of primer should I use? The car isnt bare metal so the primer would be sprayed on the sanded paint. My autostore has acrylic primer surfacer, acrylic primer filler and etch primer.What paint do I use?
