Frankly, I'm seething. Was this a mistake? How do I proceed? My next one-on-one with my manager is a couple weeks out, I just emailed him asking if we could move this up or get another one on the calendar. I feel...so cheated. ~3-4K in such a bull market would've been great. Any advice/insight appreciated.
*edit: btw I've killed it in this role. Truly. So the bonus is not $0., impossible.
