Did anyone else notice difference? I drive hybrid that gets me up to 50mpg per tank. I noticed that when I use Costco gas my averages is anywhere from 38 to about 45mpg per tank as compared to 46 to 50mpg when I use gas form other sources while driving in same conditions.
Also asked my father to start monitoring mpg on his car too ( non hybrid ) and he said that he noticed difference too.
I know that many different factors can affect mpg of the vehicle so I'm little sceptic about it, especially because majority of gas (no matter the name of the gas station it self ) should be coming from same sources, but I can't help but wonder if Costco is doing something to gas it self in order to keep prices low.
For the record I'm located in New Jersey.
