I'm helping plan for a wedding in the South Bay area, CA, the hall is offering this setup http://ift.tt/2xWNCa8 for $700. (The sofa is separate and included in hall rental) I'm looking If something similar can be done for cheaper, whether have a decorations company do it or myself (hall will rent me the metal pipes for $5/pipe. Think there's about 8 pipes?) Thanks!
