This is the Hobart E-13, which Polytron makes for them, just sold under their own brand. It's completely serviceable, the housing is stainless steel and it's made in the USA. I've had mine for two years now, it works great and shows no wear to the toasting elements as of yet. I'm confident this is the last toaster I'll ever have to buy.
