Hey everyone,So my son and I are restoring a car. We are looking to make our own part tumbler to help clean up some of the usable but rusty parts. Found a 30 gallon barrel with locking lid, and an old treadmill. Build a frame with some lumber from my last project.Here is where I need some help. When I put the barrel on the rollers, part of it gets caught on the frame. I need to make the drive roller larger in diameter to have it lift up for clearance. The issue is the o.d. of the roller is around 2.375 inches. I was planning on using o-ring, but I don't think these will raise the barrel up enough.Any suggestions?
