I have a fluorescent light fixture over my kitchen sink that will now only illuminate at the dimly at the ends. Assuming the bulb is good (brand new), what could be the cause? I'm using a GE Reveal reveal F20T12I 20 watt bulp. I removed the cover over the ballast, and here is what it looks like: http://ift.tt/2xSh0gQ, it's very old. Do I need to replace the ballast (would I even be able to find a comparable one)? Also, stupid question but does "trigger start" mean there is no starter? I've also read this issue could be the "starter". via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2xVPaRS
