I took a new position within the same company in late June. Due to company policy, pay increases only go into effect quarterly. so I had to wait until September 1st for the increase to take effect. Due to my managers, manager being negligent he did not fill out a form to approve my pay increase before Sept 1st. Since he missed Sept 1st and pay increases take place quarterly, I now have to wait until December 1st.

They are "seeing" what they can do about retroactive pay when December 1st comes. what if any options do i have if they try to deny me my retro salary from September 1s to December 1st?
