China recently announced that they are considering a ban on ICE powered vehicles, however, they have not yet released a set date or year when they want all ICE powered vehicles off the world. This is certainly a huge development, though, and could be one of the mile markers to the end of oil (at least for personal transportation uses).
What does the investing world think about this? Is it time to finally short oil stocks? Is global oil demand going to start a decline in the next 5 years or so?
