A little background. I live in an old apartment building where the building management board are more mafia than helpful. The walls, made of a mixture of brick, plaster, and cement, are saturated constantly and mold is coming through cracks in the paint and the ceiling (top floor). This has been worsening for over a year and the management still ignores my pleas to impermiablize the outside. Scrubing the walls with bleech/Boric Acid/ antimold/ etc is only a losing battle as this gets worse and destroys my breathing. Can I use impermiablization on my interior walls and ceiling and still paint over it? Or am I going about this all wrong and there is a better way?Important info: No drywall, plaster type stuff. In South America. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2wyhYRD
