So I have a door I need to trim about 0.5 - 1.0 inches off of. It's an internal door. I have a table saw and a skill saw and I can easily buy a hand saw or back saw. I've read that a circular saw is the best option, but I don't have one of those. So what are my best options? I've read that with a table saw I could easily splinter and ruin the bottom of the door. Would I be able to (with relatively low skill) rig a jig to the door and use a fine toothed back saw or hand saw? I don't want to go buy a circular saw for one door.Any advice? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2xtWCoV
