Hi. I have not used my baseboard heaters for about 4 months. They worked fine before. Now they are not working. Help? The dial makes the "click" sounds when it should turn on. But seeming like heater just not receiving power, or at least nothing happens at all. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2x9H4HF
