With how low unemployment is and how tight the labor market is, employers are struggling to find workers. All of the managers I've talked to have seemed concerned about how hard it is to find people nowadays. I see "now hiring" signs everywhere, radio ads about hiring, etc, things I seldom saw years ago.
When employers struggle to find qualified workers, they're more likely to turn to headhunting companies to find them talent.
So I think staffing companies will perform well. What are some good staffing companies that are publically traded?
