Does Ally Bank deserve the negative reviews it has on nerdwallet? A lot of the customer reviews seem to bash their customer service.
What has your experience been banking with them?
I'm thinking about opening a savings account with them. Currently I have two savings with cap1. My personal which gets 0.75% apy and a joint between my wife and I, which gets a petty 0.40% apy.
