Planning a winter vacation during the time frame of 12/22-1/2 for at least 3 days. I'm having a hard time finding options within our budget $1k per person including flights from MD (3 ppl). My mom is adamant about it being somewhere warm and at an all-inclusive resort.
Any suggestions about what sites to look at or where to go? So far I'm looking at ocho ríos, puerta Vallarta, and puerto rico.
I'd love to make Belize work if possible.
