Financial Times writes about Smart Beta ETFs holding 1/7th of invested equity ETF funds after growing 2000% in 3 months.
My take is that this is not a bubble since those ETFs are not following the same index. They are spread out in the market. So if the computers start shock selling for some reason it will hit only the one sector or index of that particular ETF and be absorbed by the total market.
