For me I am utterly shocked at how much some GUYS are willing to spend on SHOES, and some GIRLS are willing to spend on PURSES.
SHOES: I know guys who are willing to spend over $100 on a pair of shoes. And some that literally keep "collections" of shoes. Some who are even willing to spend over $100 on a pair that isn't even their size simply to add it to their collection. Mind boggling to me.
PURSES: I work in an office with about 10 females. 3 of these are sometimes talking purse shopping within earshot, and so that's at least 3/10 I know of who own multiple purses which all cost over $150. There was even one funny occurrence where one of them had picked up about 6 Coach bags down at an outlet, and then brought them back to sell to our co-workers. Of those she sold, two co-workers came back complaining that the bags were falling apart. .......and that's when they discovered they were knock-offs :)
What are some things that shock you as to how much value some people are willing to assign to them versus other people?
