I know this might not be the right sub exactly, but I wanted to post here as I feel like this community is more in line with my values and life.

My life became extremely complicated in what I believe was a wrong diagnosis of a mental illness. I was put on drugs that made me suicidal and put my life into havoc, and all of the peace and simplicity I had found before vanished.

From my savings, to my friends, all the way to my personal hygeine--I'm kind of starting fresh here.

I'm trying to live day by day in building back the life that I had and that I want, but I don't know where to start. Keeping my house clean? Eating healthy? Exercising? Meditating?

What have you found to be the best foundations to build the rest of your life on if you are starting from literally zero. (by zero I mean that it was a good day if I showered and put on clean pajamas. really good day if I brushed my teeth. Most days I did not. )
