I'm currently in the middle of a bathroom remodel. I've replaced the tub, and I'll be tiling the walls, backed with Durock cement board. After I tape the joints and apply thinset to them, I'm planning on waterproofing the walls with Redgard. Does anyone know offhand how long to allow the thinset in the joints to dry before applying the Redgard? I've heard responses in other forums ranging from "24 hours" to just "overnight" and was curious if anyone with some more experience might have some wisdom to impart. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2vXMd4Q
