I'm really struggling with coming to a decision on this, and am turning to you for help!
I've always wanted to start my own business. First of all, my background is in cooking and video production, I also make art on the side... therefore could go a number of routes. I could start a restaurant/eatery type venue, I could sell a handmade goods on etsy, I could offer video production servicese etc.
I'm having a hard time simplifying my choices as well as contending with how non-simple the restaurant industry is. For example, restaurants contribute to a lot of waste. I've also been considering making insect protein snack bars, but again, waste.
Have any of you struggled with your desire to start something meaningful while maintaining a simple lifestyle?
