Graduated college May 2016. Got letters from a loan company and started paying this company monthly in November 2016. Thought I was smooth sailing!
My dad got notified of delinquencies in April 2017 from NAVIENT.
1) had no idea I had loans out with multiple companies 2) when I was taking out loans I did not understand this NAVIENT loan was completely in my parents name. 3) Parents credit went from mid 700's to high 500's. 4) We've sent numerous letters & nothing has worked.
Is there anything we can do?
