I have a friend who is in the sights of Amway. He is from a very poor family and his stepfather is abusive towards himself, his little brother and his mother.
He was approached by one of theses assholes and they have been cultivating a "friendship" for at least 4 months with the sole intent of bringing my friend into their fold.
He had never heard of Amway or their predatory practices. He believes this will be him and his family's saving grace. He doesn't realize this is essentially a cult that only wants his money and for him to infect others.
He hasn't started giving them money yet… YET. So I think he can still be saved.
How do I go about saving his ass? I was thinking a documentary displaying Amway's destruction on families.
