I stumbled across this thread about the wonderful experiences Redditors had with Lululemon replacing articles of clothing for free if worn out.
I decided to try it out since I had a Lulu top with a hole in it, but the CSR on live chat shut me down of any possibilities of sending the clothing back to them for a gift card refund. The CSR told me they would not accept refunds if it's damaged by wear and tear.
Seeing how the thread I linked consisted of people who were able to get the gift card refund, what wording did you use to get your clothing replaced?
It's also a possibility, but have anyone else tried this and found out that their policy has changed.
