I have something like this Targus bag, but the handles don't always go down reliable, and the wheels are now extremely loud. It's very noticeable when everyone turns and looks at you as you go buy. Functionally, they still work...for now.
I want a rolling bag that has a sturdy handle and wheels that can be easily replaced when they wear out and start to make so much noise. Ideally, with warranty service that does not require me to pay shipping.
Budget is probably no more than $300.
I found this Briggs and Riley bag, but it's over budget and it has this organizer/file section that does not look removable. Those just take up space.
The Briggs and Warranty brand markets their warranty as "lifetime" and "simple as that," but when I'm reading their terms, it's somewhat difficult to tell whether something like noisy wheels would warrant a replacement.
I found this Samsonite bag, but Samsonite's warranty is only 3 years and I don't think it covers noisy wheels. It is significantly under budget at $165, though.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
