Looking for a high-quality bicycle for an 8-year-old girl. Mainly going to be used on the neighborhood roads.
*What models/brands do you suggest? *Any tips for finding the bike on a budget? I have gone the Walmart route before and the bikes fall apart in no time. Craigslist is probably a good bet but I don't know what I'm looking for exactly, in terms of quality.
