Neglected this my entire life, buying cheap linens and mattress and pillows to save money. Recently got a memory foam pillow and new sheets and its much better!
Wondering what the top additions would be for overall sleeping.
My guess is memory foam mattress, some sort of memory foam pillow. and idk.
