Hello all, Just bought a condo on Maui and I want to replace the flooring. I am not a fan of the current tile, pretty ugly.http://ift.tt/2uWedkW news is it's all level and in good shape so I can simply place some new flooring on top. I was originally gonna go for laminate but it gets pretty hot and humid here and laminate will hold heat much more than the tile. What are some other cooling floor materials?
