I received a debt collection letter from Transworld Payments for $20 dollars for an allegedly unpaid duty tax fee from Fed Ex.
I disputed this fee with Fed Ex weeks ago and I was told it would be removed. I guess it wasn't.
What should I do? I suspect this will hurt my credit score. How can I protect myself?
